Individual & Group Skills Training

Individual training consists of 1 on 1 skill development. Each player will be assessed, and put through a specialized training program. The program is designed to meet the individual needs of each player. 

Small group training consists of 2-5 players per coach. Players will be grouped based on age and skill level. The focus will be on improving fundamentals and skills (shooting, ball handling, passing), as well as competitive games to implement those newly acquired skills.
