Fundamental Youth Basketball Association
Our Spring Break Training Camp program offers athletes a unique experience to learn how to train at an elite level. During the camp, participants will work through a skill session and a strength & conditioning workout per day. Athletes will be grouped together based on age, skill level, and training experience.
Skills Portion: During the 1.5 hour session, athletes will be put through various stations to work on ball handling, advanced dribble moves, shooting mechanics, shooting off the catch & dribble, passing and more. They will also have the opportunity to test out their new skills with live action play.
Strength & Conditioning Portion: During the 1.5 hour session, athletes will learn about and perform the following:
At the end of the camp, each athlete will receive a mid-season training program.
*Athletes must have a high level of basketball experience to participate*
