Fundamental Youth Basketball Association
ALL ATHLETES WELCOME!
We are excited to announce that we will be starting strength training groups in Kelowna. The goal for these training sessions is to build well-rounded athletes and to incorporate a variety of training methods. Training sessions will include mobility technique, strength, agility, power, cardiovascular endurance, and more.
The sessions will be led primarily by Yassing Ghomari, who has a Kinesiology degree with a major in Exercise Physiology. Yassine has a experience working with young athletes of all ages, as well as having trained university and professional athletes. Joining Yassine will be Liban Yousef and Curtis Wilson, both trainers who are continuing their education, and have a great deal of training experience as well.
The sessions will take place outdoors at Kelowna Christian School, during the following times. (Note: sessions may start earlier in the day depending on how hot the weather is).
