Fundamental Youth Basketball Association
Our August Training Camp program offers athletes a unique experience to learn how to train at an elite level. During the 8 days, participants will work through a skill session and a strength & conditioning workout per day. Athletes will be grouped together based on age, skill level, and training experience.
Skills Portion: During the 1.5 hour session, athletes will be put through various stations to work on ball handling, advanced dribble moves, shooting mechanics, shooting off the catch & dribble, passing and and more. They will also have the opportunity to test out their new skills with live action play. At the end of the two weeks, each athlete will receive a month long skill development program.
